Set 4 Cartier Sterling Silver Tea Vessels - 2743 g - Cartier, Italy. Set of four sterling silver tea service serving vessels, 20th century. Including a teapot, creamer, lidded sugar bowl, and tray. Each vessel of gadrooned melon form; the teapot and creamer with wooden handles. All marked ”Cartier, ” ”925 Sterling, ” and ”Italy” along the underside, with five-pointed star and initials ”F.C.” Height ranges from 1/2 in to 9 1/2 in; width ranges from 4 in to 16 in; depth ranges from 3 1/4 in to 12 in. Gross weight (including vessels with wooden handles): 2743 g. Condition: There are no breaks, dents, or repairs. The hinge to the tea pot works well. Light tarnishing to the recessed areas. There are some scratches throughout the surface of the tray; to the other pieces, there are few light scratches. Light wear to the rims.
