2 Chinese Yoke Back Official's Hat Chairs - Group of two Chinese carved ”official's hat” or yoke back armchairs with woven cane seats. The gently contoured center splats rising to a curved crest rail flanked by rounded arms. The legs joined by four linear stretchers and curvilinear skirt. Weight: 24 lbs. (Larger) Height: 37 1/2 in x width: 21 1/4 in x depth: 18 in. Weight: 24 lbs 2 oz. Condition: The chairs are structurally sound and stable. There are no losses to the caning. To one chair, there is a small repair along the lower third of the splat. One chair with crack forming along the inner corner of the left arm. Light separation to the joints throughout. Some scuffs and scratches, particularly to the feet.
