Large 20” Japanese Cloisonne Charger - Large mid-20th century Japanese cloisonne charger with an intricately pierced wooden stand. The charger decorated with an intertwining phoenix and dragon among clouds; the underside of the plate with a teal ground with flowers. (With stand) Height: 28 in x width: 20 in x depth: 9 1/2 in. (Without stand) Height: 2 in x diameter: 20 1/4 in. Condition: There are no major breaks, losses, dents. Some areas of pitting throughout. There are two chips to the enamel along the footrim. Light wear to the stand; dust gathered along the recessed areas of the carved details.
