Clement Bernard Haupers was a St. Paul born American painter, printmaker, arts administrator, and arts educator active from the 1920s to the 1980s. He is best known for his directorship of the Minnesota Works Progress Administration Federal Art Project and for his influence in the Minnesota art community. Unframed; height: 16 in x width: 12 in. Framed; height: 19 1/4 in x width: 15 1/4 in x depth: 1 in. Condition: The colors are bold and bright. There are no losses or restorations. Some accretions throughout, especially along the upper right. Light wear to the extreme edges. Light wear to the frame.
