(Overall) Height: 16 3/4 in x width: 12 1/2 in. Condition: There are no tears, rips, creases or losses. Some toning to the sheets, especially along the extreme edges. Spots of yellow accretions along the lower edge of the title page. Some wear to the folder including discolorations, stains, and evidence of moisture exposure.
