Set with one cultured pearl (possibly Tahitian), 12 mm round and a swirl of 58 round full cut diamonds, approximately 0.50 ctw. Marked 14k along the interior shank. Ring size: 5 1/4 US. Gross weight: 5.6 g. Condition: The pearl loose on the peg setting, needs new epoxy before it can be worn safely. Light wear to the setting.
