Chinese Shoushan Soapstone Scholar's Rock - Chinese Shoushanshi mottled yellow soapstone scholar's rock. One side with a lovely brown textured surface and the other with a lovely golden-yellow formation. Reminiscent of a mountain. (Incl Stand) Height: 3 1/2 in x width: 6 in x depth: 3 1/2 in. Condition: Due to the nature of the material it is difficult to determine the exact condition of the object. However, there are no obvious breaks or losses. Along the smaller corner there is a sharp edge, possibly indicating a loss. The stand has signs of wear.
