Early 19th c. Indian Horse Manuscript Study - Early 19th century Indian manuscript study or diagram of a horse. With annotations noting various anatomy of the horse. Sight; height: 21 3/4 in x width: 25 in. Framed; height: 33 1/4 in x width: 36 3/4 in x depth: 1 in. Condition: The colors are slightly faded; the sheet is toned. There is wear along the extreme edges of the sheet, including chipping and handling marks. There are deep creases running throughout the sheet that are consistent with folding. There is a large line that fluoresces under UV light running horizontally throughout the drawing, possibly a restoration. Some accretions along the surface of the work as well as the frame. Framed under glass; light wear and dust along the frame. Not inspected out of frame.
