4 Short Carved & Painted Totem Poles - Group of four carved and hand painted totem poles. The shortest totem pole with ”Raven / Sun, Moon, Stars in Box / Chief / Satisfied Raven” written in pen along the back. All depicting animals and figures. Height ranges from 9 1/2 in to 18 1/2 in; width ranges from 4 1/4 in to 9 in; depth ranges from 2 1/2 in to 4 in. Condition: There are no significant losses to the pigment. There are no major splits or breaks to the wood. There are two small chips along the largest pole: one is along the lower left of the front of the pole and the second is along the lower left of the back. Light separation to the joints throughout the lot, particularly where the totem poles are mounted to their wooden bases in addition to where the wings are attached along the two smaller totem poles. Some wear to the bases.
