Irene Pereira Nude Ink Drawing - Irene Rice Pereira (American, 1902-1971). Ink on paper drawing depicting a nude figure intertwined with a sinuous vine, ca. late 1950s to early 1960s. From a sketchbook by the artist gifted to ”Joy” on New Year's Day, 1968. A facsimile copy of the first page of the sketchbook is included with the lot. Height: 10 3/4 in x width: 8 1/8 in. Condition: There are no creases, tears, or restorations. The sheet is toned. There is some foxing to the recto. Foxing and soiling to the verso. The left edge is slightly uneven. The work is not framed.
