Chinese Brown Scholar's Rock With Stand
Chinese scholar's rock of an irregular oblong form. The rock is of a waxy brown hue with many curves and crevices throughout, possibly red taihu stone. With a custom carved lacquered wood stand.
(Without stand) height:4 1/4 in x width: 9 1/2 in x depth: 5 3/4 in. Weight: 7 lbs 10 oz.
Condition: Due to the nature of the stone it is difficult to discern any possible breaks. No evident issues. Light dust/debris gathered in the recessed areas. Light wear to the stand.
