Chinese Liao Green Glazed Ceramic Ewer - Chinese Liao dynasty ceramic ewer, modeled after a leather jug, with a single lug handle pierced with one hole. The sides with incised decoration of flowers and leaves. The green glaze later enhanced. Height: 9 1/4 in x width: 5 in x depth: 5 1/2 in. Condition: Crazing to the glaze throughout. There are a few small chips to the glaze along the body. Some areas of discoloration to the glaze throughout. There are no major chips, losses, or restorations. Light wear to the footrim.
