Small Chinese Famille Rose Porcelain Cup - Small Chinese famille rose porcelain cup or bowl. The exterior painted with a scene of a monkey next to a tree and a lingzhi mushroom. With a hand-painted six character mark along the underside. Height: 1 1/2 in x diameter: 2 3/4 in. Condition: There are no major chips; there are a few fleabite chips to the top rim, only noticeable upon touch. There are minor losses to the gilt along the top rim. There are two hairline cracks along the interior, likely just to the glaze as they do not extend through to the exterior of the cup. There is wear and losses throughout, in particular along the footrim, consistent with age and use.
