Oil on canvas painting depicting a snowy landscape with trees - their arms heavily laden with drifts of pure white snow, 1949. Signed and dated along the lower right. Height: 20 in x width: 17 in x depth: 1 in. Condition: There are no tears, major losses, or restorations when viewed under UV light. The painting is somewhat yellowed. There is craquelure throughout, especially in the thicker areas of paint. There are small paint losses all along the edges of the work; some slightly larger losses along the upper edge. The work is not framed.
