Querubim Lapa Head with Bird Ceramic Tile - Querubim Lapa (Portuguese, 1925-2016). Ceramic tile depicting a white bird perched atop a figure's head. Signed along the right edge; inscribed ”2879 Lisboa” along the verso; incised Q along the verso. Height: 12 in x width: 12 in x depth: 1 3/4 in. Condition: There are no breaks, chips, losses, or restorations. There is crazing to the glaze along the front of the tile.
