Kaoru Kawano ”Wind” Woodblock Print - Kaoru Kawano (Japanese, 1926-1989). Woodblock print titled ”Wind” or ”Gentle Breeze” depicting a figure with an arm outstretched and their hair flowing in the wind. Pencil signed along the lower left; titled along the lower center. Height: 11 1/4 in x width: 17 in. Condition: No major tears, creases, or losses. There is a minute crease along the top margin of the upper right quadrant. There is some light soiling in the margins, in particular along the top and along the right side. There is faint toning along the left side margin. There are no signs of restoration under UV light.
