3 Edward Brewer Graphite Sketches Big Cats & Wagon - Edward Brewer (American, 1883-1971). Group of three graphite on paper sketches. One titled ”Head of a Lioness” depicting a profile view of a lion; one depicting three big cats including a lion and a tiger; one depicting a view of a wagon party traveling through a forest. Height ranges from 5 1/4 in to 6 1/4 in; width ranges from 9 in to 12 in. Condition: All sheets are toned. There is soiling throughout; some likely original to the artist process such as light smudging of the graphite. The view of three big cats has some spots of foxing. Some light wear along the extreme edges of each sheet.
