Keisai Eisen (Japanese, 1790-1848). Woodblock print on paper depicting a well-dressed woman buffeted by strong winds. With a inscription in a window along the upper right corner. Further inscribed in the print along the lower left corner and the lower left edge. With three old labels affixed to the verso.
Sight; height: 14 1/4 in x width: 9 3/4 in. Framed; height: 21 3/4 in x width: 17 in.
