17th-18th c. Chinese Carved Jade Bi with Rats - Chinese carved jade bi of a translucent pale yellow-green coloration with russet inclusions. With four rats carved along the sides. Each side of the bi with low relief carvings of C-form curls. Provenance: Private Minneapolis Collection - collected in China prior to 1985. Diameter: 3 1/4 in x depth: 1/4 in. Weight: 50.67 grams. Condition: Light wear throughout. There is a small chip along the edge. Natural lines and fissures throughout.
