CHROMA aka Rick Wolfryd "El Santo Midas Touch"
CHROMA aka Rick Wolfryd (American, b. 1953) in collaboration with Elisa de la Cruz (Huichol, 20th/21st c). Color beaded vinyl sculpture titled "El Santo. Midas Touch, " from CHROMA's "Alterations" series, depicting a luchador figure, beaded throughout in Huichol style. Signed by Wolfryd and de la Cruz, titled, annotated T.P. .0005, and dated 2022 along the underside.
Height: 17 in x width: 12 in x depth: 7 in.
Condition: The item is in excellent condition with no visible cracks, dents, or major losses. There are a few scattered areas that lost beads or with cracked beads; however, none of the areas is noticeable at arm's length and only visible under careful scrutiny. Light wear to the underside of the feet. Very light wear to the golden paint along the fingertips. Please contact us for a detailed condition report.
