Johann Christoph Volkamer (German, 1644-1720). Group of seven botanical engravings from "Hesperidum Norimbergebsium, " First Latin Edition, Nuremberg: 1713. These hand-colored engravings depict large flowers and fruits in a Baroque style in front of views of gardens, palaces or villages in a German, Austrian, or Italian landscape.
