Possibly Moche, given the inclusion of the two figures resembling the Lord of the Sipan. A fabulous artifact measuring approximately 3.5" X 3" X 1 3/4. Found at a massive estate in Saint Louis, Missouri brimming with fine art, and wonderful art objects.
