Taylor (1954-2015) Taylor earned a bachelor’s degree from Bethany College, a master of arts degree from Emporia State University and a master of fine arts degree from Kansas State University. She was Chair of the Washburn University Art department, arriving there in the fall of 1987. She was a Washburn faculty member for 28 years, teaching ceramics, sculpture, and art education.
