Sefer Orach LaChaim by the Kli Yakar - printed during the author's lifetime in Lublin in 1595 - important signature - with the rare pages at the end רבי שלמה אפרים מלונטשיץ , המכונה על שם ספרו הכלי יקר, (1550? - 1619) נולד בלונטשיץ, פולין. בצעירותו למד מפי המהרש”ל, אחר כך עבר ללבוב ומשנת שס”ד (1604) כיהן כרבה של פראג וכראש הישיבה שם. נפטר בז' אדר ב' ה'שע”ט. הצטיין במיוחד כדרשן והיה סוחף את לבבות השומעים בדרשותיו וחיבוריו הרבים שרובם עוסקים בענייני מוסר, אמונה ומטרתו לקרב את שומעיו לעבודת ה'.
