Shmuel Yofeh Ashkenazi (d. late 16th century), was the spiritual leader of the Ashkenazi community of Constantinople. Was a great Gaon who authored many compositions, most of which were not printed. Served as Dayan and Moreh Tzeddek in Kloizenburg. In his old age he lived in London, where he took on himself a Ta'anis Dibur and where he passed away and was buried. Promised that anyone visiting his grave will merit salvation and mercy if he commits to a Kabbala Tova.
