A handwritten letter and the signature of the great Gaon Rabbi Shlomo Flesh, Rabbi of Neitra - Neitra 1814 - A handwritten letter and the signature of the great Gaon Rabbi Shlomo Flesh, Rabbi of Neitra - Neitra 1814 Rabbi Shlomo Fleish was born in Nikolsberg in 1750. He was a disciple of Rabbi Gershon Chayut, Head of the Beit Din of Nikolsberg, who authorized him to serve as a dayan un his Beit Din. From 1800 he served as the rabbi of Neitra until his death in 1832. He communicated with the Chatam Sofer. His son was Rabbi Yozfe Fleish, Head of the Beit Din of Wasprin who was a student of the Chatam Sofer.
