הגאון רבי שלמה מעהר אב"ד בראיולוב. נולד לאביו רבי מנחם מנדל, חיבר ספר 'דברי שלמה' על התורה, ב' חלקים. לספרו ניתנו הסכמות חשובות ביותר בהם הגאון בעל הקיצור שו"ע שכותב בהסכמה: "ידידי הרב הגאון המהולל חריף ובקי כש"ת מו"ה שלמה מעהר נ"י כבר היה לי עמו שעשועים דאורייתא בחילופי מכתבים וראיתי כי דרך ישר הוא לו......".
