Letter regarding Selling a shul, handwritten and signed by the Gaon Rabbi Pinchas Halevi Horvitz of Kassov - Letter regarding Selling a  shul, handwritten and signed by the Gaon Rabbi Pinchas Halevi Horvitz of Kassov  Rabbi Pinchas ben Rabbi Avraham Ze'ev HaLevi Horvitz - was born in Pshevarsk in Galicia. His father was a Dayan and Motz there. After his marriage, he lived in the city of Lizensk and made a living from trade.
