Letter from the Admor Rabbi Shimon Shalom of Amshinov - Letter from the Admor Rabbi Shimon Shalom of Amshinov The Admor Rabbi Shimon Shalom of Amshinov (1883-1954) was one of the great Admorim of pre-WWII Poland. He was renowned for his great love for every Jew and his fear of Heaven. With the outbreak of WWII he fled to Vilna, and from there to Japan and Shanghai until the end of the war. Then he immigrated to the US and reestablished the Amshinov Chassidic court in Brooklyn, New York.
