First edition. The book Noda BiYehudah, one of the most fundamental and important works of halacha to this day. The first edition was published in the author's lifetime in 1776. This ”Mahadura Tanina” was published posthumously. It was edited by his son, Rabbi Shmuel, Av Beit Din of Prague. Printed at the beginning of the book are two important and interesting forewords written by the author's sons, a foreword by his son Rabbi Shmuel and words of friendship by his son Rabbi Ya'akovkeh, who write about the life of their great father including the story of printing his books.
