Antique Imperial Silver Torah Crown - An Imperial Silver Torah Crown Gold and sterling silver tiered keter Torah crown, in beautiful condition. Ht: 49 cm. The base band and seven balusters forming the crown are parcel-gilt, featuring repousse floral design. Flower heads and ornamental hanging bells accentuate the rich beauty of the peice. In high relief above the base crown is a second tier crown of gold, etched with geometrical motifs. This is all topped with a canopy of acanthus leaves, and a finial of a regal bird, poised to fly.
