Pair of Papier Mache Clown Figures Mexico - Pair of handmade papier-mache clown sculptures, each with expressive faces and colorful costumes. One depicts a seated clown in black and white polka dots, signed “Calleja, ” and marked Mexico ’81 on the underside. The other stands upright, juggling red and yellow balls, dressed in vivid blue and magenta attire with a lace collar. The blue and magenta clown shows minor damage near the base of the foot, a little loose, still intact. These items are in pre-owned, previously displayed condition with light wear and surface scratches.
