The Jet bandsaw, model JWBS-16 (Stock No. 708749, Serial No. K002971), is powered by a Jet 1-1/2 HP TEFC induction motor. The motor is rated for 115/230V, 11.5/5.8 Amps, 60 Hz, 1 Phase, and is currently prewired for 115V operation. It operates at 1720 RPM and has a manufacture date of January 2005. The saw features a large cast iron work table with a rip fence, an adjustable blade guide assembly, a blade tension scale, and a flexible work light. The motor bears UL registration mark E171548.
