Rabbi Alter Shaul Pfeffer , Av Beit Din of Bitschkov and later Rabbi and Avi Beit Din of the Great Synagogue of Anshei Ungarin and the Maramures congregation of New York. A tremendous genius, author of the three-part responsa ”Avnei Zikaron”. Great Rabbis around the world sent their hard halachic questions to him. His halachic responsa encompass many in-depth and superficial topics in the Talmud and the Poskim. Bound together with part of another sefer, Mayan Chachma (levuv 1834). Pages : 2, 112, 1.
