First Edition Nachalah LiYehoshua - Talmudic responsa and novellae by Rabbi Yehoshua Tzuntzin, and Shitah Mekubetzes on Tractate Beitzah. Constantinople, 1731. The title page bears a magnificent architectural border. Only edition of this responsa, and first edition of Shitah Mekubetzes. The title page indicates that Shitah Mekubetzes is ”apparently by Rabbi Betzalel Ashkenazi.” Indeed, these novellae were printed later several times in the Shitah Mekubetzes books. However, they are apparently novellae by the Ra”n's disciples. Size : 29.5 cm Pages : [2] 51, 2-44. Condition : very fine condition, some wear to binding.
