At the beginning of the Sefer is a “A Sent Letter” in which the printer tells of the founding of the press in Livorno, and at the end of the volume he adds ‘words from the printer to the reader’. Rare to fine both sections of this sefer! Originally printed in 2 volumes, in this present copy the first volume is split into 2 sections, which make a total of 3 volumes. Volume 1-2 [chelek 1] 550, [1] pages. 32 cm Title page damaged, overall in fine-very fine condition, stains, small damaged to first few pages. Volume 3 [chelek 2] , 289 pages. 31.5 cm Overall in fine condition, title page detached, stains, repairs to first few and last few pages. Modern leather binding.
