Rabbi Reuven Menachem Leifer was the son of Reb Yissachar Bertche Leifer, a scion of the Nadvorna - Kretchnif dynaasty. He was the son in law of Rabbi Elimelech Eliezer Waldman from Bardiov. Perished in the Holocaust HY"D.
