Pri Ha'Eitz, Salonica, 1821, Only edition, copy of Rabbi Meir Shapiro. Ownership stamp of Rabbi Meir Shapiro and also stamps of the library of Yeshivas Chachmei Lublin. R. Meir Schapiro (1887-1933), was known as a child prodigy and referred to as the Illui of Shotz. He served as Rav of Galina, Sanock, Pietrekow and finally Lublin. He founded Yeshivas Chachmei Lublin which became the flagship Yeshiva of Poland and initiated the Daf Ha’Yomi program which is learned by tens of thousands to this day.
