Rebbe Shmuel Tzvi Horowitz (1921-1997), affectionately known as
"Reb Hershele Spinker", grandson of the Chakal Yitzchak of Spinka. After the Holocaust, he led the Spinka chassidim in the East Side and later in Williamsburg.
