Rare Holy item! Passover Machzor of Rabbi Elisha Halberstam of Gorlitz! Machzor [Warsaw c1920] which includes the Haggadah, with wine stains. Stamps of Rabbi Elisha Halberstam of Gorlitz. Rebbe Elisha Halberstam (1860 - 1941), leading Galician rebbe. Reputedly, his features resembled those of his grandfather the Divrei Chaim, and he was renowned for his adherence to truth. He was the son of Rebbe Baruch of Gorlitz (son of the Divrei Chaim of Sanz), and son-in-law of his uncle Rebbe Mordechai Dov of Hornostaipil. Lacking part of Maariv for the first night.
