Letter by Rabbi Avraham Aharon Yudelewitz. NY. Rabbi Avraham Aharon Judelewitz (1850-1930), born in Novaradok, where he was renowned as an infant prodigy. Studied at the Volozhin Yeshiva. Rabbi in a number of Russian communities before coming to Manchester (1900), Boston (1906), Bayon NJ and Adas Yeshurun and Chief Rabbi of the United Communities of New York. For a period he also served as Rosh Yeshivas Rabeinu Yitzchak Elchanan in New York. Famous American Talmudic scholar and author of Shaalos Uteshuvos Beis Av, and Darash Av.
