Heated Polemic between the two communities in Sighet, Romania who fought one another: the Orthodox community, and the “Status Quo” community. In 1888 in Lviv a book “Ohev Mishpat” was published by the Sefardi community of Sighet. In response the book before us was published, with letters from rabbis and Admorim supporting the Orthodox community. Lacking in the middle 8 leaves. Condition: Overall in fine condition, loose binding.
