Keneses Hagdola, R' Chaim Benveniste, Choshen Mishpat, Furth 1692. Sigantures. R. Chaim Benveniste (1603-1673), was born in Constantinople and in his youth studied under R. Yosef of Trani among others. He served as Rav in Tirah, near Izmir, and then in Izmir itself. His seforim were received to tremendous acclaim and the CHIDA famously recommended that these commentaries be consulted prior to rendering any halachic decision.
