Letter signed by Rabbi Asher Zeev Werner [Ashkenazi rabbi of Tiberias], Rabbi Avraham Weinberg [Rebbe of Slonim, author of ”Birkat Avraham”] and Rabbi David Munzberg. Tiberias 1953. A note is attached to the letter on which it is written that our custom is not to place a Kvitel for the deceased, only to study Mishnayot, Azkara and Kadish.
