Letter by Rabbi Tzvi Pesach Frank, Jerusalem 1935. Rabbi Tzvi Pesach Frank (1873-1961), born in Kovno and studied at the Slabodka Yeshiva. Settled in Jerusalem in 18893 and appointed Dayan in 1907. From 1918 he headed the Beth Din which became part of the official government recognized Chief Rabbinate. Author of Har Tzvi and other rabbinic works.
