Letter by Rabbi Eliyahu (Leo) Jung, Rabbi of Jewish Center, Manhattan, 1947. Rabbi Eliyahu (Leo) Jung (1892-1987), son of Rabbi Meir Tzvi Jung - Rabbi of Ungarisch Brod and of the Federation of Synagogues in London. Studied under Rabbi Yosef Tzvi Duschinsky in Galanta and at the Rabbiner Seminar in Berlin. Rabbi of Kenesses Yisrael – Cleveland (1920) and the Jewish Centre in Manhattan (1922). Vice President of the Orthodox Union and active American orthodox rabbinical figure and author. Size : 28 x 21.5 cm Condition : Very fine condition.
