At the age of 31 served as the chief rabbi of Tlemcin, Algeria, after which he served as dayan in Meknes [Morocco].Immigrated to Israel in 1964 and served as chief rabbi of Haifa until his passing. Authored 48 seforim, among them Shu”t Mayim Chaim and Otzar HaMichtavim. Condition : Very fine condition.
