The Rebbe Rabbi Ben Zion Rabinowitz of Biala, the son of Rabbi Yechiel Yehoshua of Biala, author of "Chelkat Yehoshua", served as the rabbi of Lugano, Switzerland until 2011, when he was announced the Rebbe of Biala instead of his father. He authored the series of books "Mevaser Tov" (more than 50 sections).
