Handwritten page of novella, by R' Tzvi Hirsch Broida. - Handwritten page of novella (2 sides), unsigned, by R. Tzvi Hirsch Broida. R' Tzvi. Hirsch Broida (d. 1824), was one of the foremost rabbinical figures and Gaonim of his generation. He served as Rav in Seminetz and Kitzeh. He published several important seforim including Toa’miah Tzivio, Eretz Tzvi and various others, with warm approbations of R. Mordechai Banet, the Ma’HaRaM Mintz, and R. Eliezer Fleckes. He was held in great esteem by his rabbinical contemporaries and his mentioned in Noda B’Yehuda. Upon his passing the Chasam Sofer delivered a Hesped (Derashos Chasam Sofer p 392). Size : 19 by 23.5 cm. Condition : Very fine condition.
