Sefer was owned by Rabbi Shimon Oppenheim Kromau , dayan in Pest. He was a disciple of the Noda B'Yehuda, dayan from 1800 and head of the Budapest Beis Din until his death in 1854, when he was almost 100 years old. Pages : 1, 5-36.
